Little Evie came to us early on Friday morning, the 21st, as a healthy 6 lb. 13 oz. baby girl. We couldn’t be more pleased.

There’s so much to be said, but for now I’m tired and pleasantly distracted. Perhaps my overwrought nuggets of wisdom will slip out over time. Pics are up on Flickr.

Absence makes… not much at all.

Busy as a bee lately. My little one is expected soon, which adds an air of unpredictability to one’s dashing about. Certainly at any moment I may run off, and there’s nothing you can say. Hee hee.

LimeSpot launched. So my work baby, per se, is out the door and that’s a huge relief.

And I bought one of the new iMacs. In fact, at the point-of-sale the register lady said that I should be excited to take my new baby home. A whirlwind of babies that I cannot escape seems to be enveloping me.

Friends are starting to make plans like I’m off to Mongolia for the rest of my days. Get a little visit in while they can. Or while I’m still lucid. Don’t get me wrong, it’s much appreciated.

Football started up again. Despite my solemn promise never to watch a game again, I caught the second half of the opener between Indy and New Orleans. This may not be my cold turkey year.

Ugh, what a disappointing post. I’ll try to avoid these bullet lists in the future.
